Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 business days delivery.

Yes! We ship to internationally. Shipping times and cost will vary based on location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package.

We accept all major credit cards, Debit cards, and Apple Pay for your convenience.

Yes! Each order includes up to 2 revisions to make sure you're happy with your portrait. Additional revisions are available for a fee of $9.99.

Absolutely. Add your first pet portrait to the cart, and once it's there, you'll be prompted with the option to add another pet directly in the cart.

Clear, well-lit photos work best. Try to choose an image where your pet’s face is visible and in focus. Avoid heavy filters if possible.

Not sure if your photo will work? Upload it anyway. We’ll let you know if we need something different.

You can choose from a variety of styles. Playful, cozy, sporty, dramatic, or custom themes. If you have something specific in mind, leave a note with your order.
